Shipping policy

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped from our shop in Santa Ana, CA within 1-3 days after the order is placed (we do not ship on Mondays).  Processing times are separate from shipping times. The shipping option of your choice is the estimated shipping time it takes once your order leaves our shop. We do not have an off site warehouse so everything you see on our website is in stock in our shop at our Santa Ana location. After you have placed your online order, you’ll receive an automated email with your order confirmation. Once your order is fulfilled, we’ll send a final confirmation which includes tracking information with your expected shipping time! 

Local Pick-Up in Santa Ana, California

You also have the option of picking up your order at our shop! You’ll need to provide the order receipt and a valid photo ID. Your order will be ready for pick up in our shop within 24 hours of it being placed online during our regular shop hours. Orders must be picked up within 7 days. We are closed on Mondays. 

*We are not officially offering local pick-up for our Orange location but when you place your online order you can make a request in the notes section and we will fulfill it from our location in Santa Ana and drop it off in Orange. 

Domestic Shipping

Our shipping rates are based on the weight and size of the items. We’ll add up the weight for all the fun things you’re purchasing and let you know at the time of purchase how much shipping will be!

You get to choose between USPS Ground Advantage/First Class (2-7 business days depending on your U.S. location) or USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). USPS does not guarantee these delivery times - these are just estimates!

Domestic Taxes

For all orders in the state of CA, a 7.25% sales tax of will apply. For Orange County residents, a sales tax of 7.75% will apply. For all orders outside of the state of California, no sales tax is required.

International Shipping

We are now shipping from the USA to the following countries: Canada, Australia and United Kingdom.  

International Shipping Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging shipping for your order. Check with your country’s customs office before placing your order to determine if there will be additional costs.

International Shipping Regulations and Restrictions

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United States of America) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If the product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will not be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.

Delivery times are estimates only. We do not guarantee delivery times.
