Online Returns & Refunds
Full price items in original and unworn condition are eligible for exchange or refund within 14 days upon receipt of order. We maintain the discretion to determine if an item is in its original condition.
The following items are not eligible for return:

All sale items or discounted items - these items are FINAL SALE

All pens and pencils (For Fountain Pens - All fountain pens are not eligible for return once the pen packaging has been opened and the pen has been inked. If you believe it is a defective pen, please contact us at hello@mlovewell.com.)

Gift Cards
To begin your return, please email with us at hello@mlovewell.com with your proof of purchase and request. You will receive further instructions at that time. We will issue a refund on the order once the items have arrived back in our shop.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any additional shipping charges for returns/exchanges will be your responsibility except when the return/refund is due to an error on our end!
Please do not send your items back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In-Store Returns & Refunds

Workshop Registrations are non-refundable. Please refer to the Workshop FAQ for more info.
*All purchases made between 11/28/25-12/24/25 will be eligible for return or exchange until January 15, 2026.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@mlovewell.com and send your item to: M.Lovewell, 305-103 E. 4th St., Santa Ana CA 92701, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
